Croft Connect offers affordable wrap around school care for children who attend Croft Junior School. We provide a warm, welcoming and secure environment where children can relax and join in activities of their choice. The club is led by Croft staff, and is based in a classroom at the front of the school. Access to this facility is through the front gate, which is located on Northumberland Avenue.

Croft Connect Club Aims
- To create a warm, welcoming and secure environment in which children, staff and parents are valued and their happiness and enjoyment is fostered.
- To develop a close relationship between home and Croft Junior School and to encourage independence, social skills and appropriate patterns of behaviour.
- To promote equal opportunity for all regardless of race, gender, age, ability, religion or social status and to develop a positive attitude towards people from these different groups.
- To offer a child centred environment in which the individual child can be supported and extended as appropriate.
- To foster good relations with any outside agencies which may become involved with a child/children attending Croft Connect Club.
Open from 07:30 to 08:40 and 15:20 to 17:30
Sessions include drinks and a snack. All bookings should be made through Arbor where payment is required at the time of booking.

Croft Connect Club can cater for children who attend Croft Junior School. The club opens at 07:30 and closes at 17.30. If there are places available, they will be offered on a first come, first served basis, providing that the terms and conditions are adhered to.

Booking
All parents who require their child to attend Croft Connect Club must have completed the registration form and signed agreeing to these terms and conditions. The registration form can be found below.
All bookings to be made via Arbor, registers close at 11pm for the following day. Same day bookings will only be accepted under exceptional circumstances and will be dependant upon pupil to staff ratio on the day. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice, any cancellations made within 24 hours of the required booking will be charged at the full rate. Refunds will be credited to your Arbor money account to be used for future bookings. All bookings should be made through the Arbor app within the clubs section.
Fees
Before a booking can be made, you will need to add a credit to your Arbor account. Payment will be deducted at the time of booking. Exceptional same day bookings made by the school office will require a credit on the account before a booking can be made.

Late Collection
Connect Club closes at 5.30pm prompt. If your child is not collected on time, a late charge will be incurred.
- Up to 15 minutes @ £5.00 surcharge.
- Non-collection after 5.45pm will incur a surcharge of £10.00 for every 15 minutes.
We reserve the right to suspend your child’s registration if late collection becomes an issue.

Please do not use the staff car park as vehicles are arriving and leaving throughout the day.
Croft Connect is based in a classroom at the front of the school. Access to this facility is through the front gate, which is located on Northumberland Avenue, when parking please be considerate of residents at all times.
Children will need to be signed in and out by a parent/carer or other authorised person. Children will not under any circumstances be allowed to walk home unaccompanied.
Behaviour and Conduct
Croft Connect is an extension of the school and therefore the school expectations apply for those who attend.
We expect exemplary behaviour from all children at all times. If a child chooses not to meet the expectations whilst attending Croft Connect, we reserve the right to apply the following procedures:

| Stage 2. | Child to be given ‘time out’ and removed from the activity. |
| Stage 3. | Parents to be informed. |
| Stage 4. | After two occurrences, a meeting will be arranged with Croft Connect Staff and/or members of the SLT. |
