When parents, pupils or members of the public have concerns they should: discuss their concerns with the member of staff most directly involved and, if not saLsfied, complete a contact form, select ‘Concern/ Issue’. This will inform the Headteacher who will either alert the appropriate staff member to resolve the concern or oversee the raised concern directly.
We expect the majority of concerns will be resolved in this way (and not recorded as a formal complaint). However, if not, the formal procedure will be followed. Please read the school Complaints Policy by selecting the link below.
